“I help individuals gain a sense of self awareness and understanding in order to better process their emotions and experiences so that they can be content in any circumstance.”

Sometimes it feels like we’ll never escape the darkness or get out of the rut that we’re stuck in. How are you supposed to become the best version of yourself if you are having a difficult time just making it through the day? I know how challenging it can be to change your thoughts and behaviors, especially when your mind is racing with anxious thoughts or depression is looming over your head.

If you are seeking change in your life, or looking to explore your emotions and thoughts, I am a solution-based clinician and I would love to talk to you. If you want to learn and begin to express your true self with others, I am here for you, and ready to help.

Together, we can begin to tackle the underlying issues that may be preventing you from sharing your true self with those around you. It all begins with a conversation, and I am eager to start that conversation with you.

I am a LCSWA brand new to the state of North Carolina. I started my social work career in Baltimore, Maryland as a substance abuse counselor and went on to practice individual, family, and group therapy with adolescents and young adults. I love cats and consider myself an outdoors enthusiast with a passion for biking, hiking, and exploring national and state parks.
