Caitlin Pieklo, LCSWA
“I help clients identify their strengths and incorporate them into their daily lives.”
Reaching out for support is an important first step on the path to healing and wellness! I believe strongly that you are the expert in your own journey, and my aim is to provide empathic and respectful care from a holistic perspective. I work with folks navigating a wide range of issues, including life transitions, burnout, stress, self-image, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with experience working with clients, of all ages, in individual and group therapy settings in Illinois. As a therapist, I think it is important to create a safe and warm environment so that you feel comfortable processing your feelings.
I recognize that seeking support and guidance through therapy can be one of the most difficult yet transformational experiences in life, and I am committed to helping you find your path toward hope and healing.
You may recognize your feelings or problems, but you may have difficulty identifying the root causes. Seeking support can feel intimidating, especially if you are not sure exactly where you want to go, but you know that you do not want to stay “here”. I am here to walk alongside you on your individual journey to hope and healing; wherever that may lead.

What I love about my job:
What I love most about my job is helping people explore their strengths and recognize that their abilities go so much further than they can ever imagine. I love to develop a rapport and watch them be able to enjoy life more and to navigate life’s stressors with more confidence.
On a Personal Note:
just relocated from Chicago to Wilmington. I love to be active and play pickleball. I love being near the water, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and watching tv to wind down. While I don’t follow sports closely, I always love to catch a random game, especially in person.
